In class we often do not have time to really break down one posture and I see so many of you either whizzing right past Chaturanga into your Upward facing dog, not doing it correctly or just simple avoiding it. All I find to be quite a shame.
Once you learn how to get into this asana correctly and safely you will see a huge transition in your practice!
We will spend the entire 1h30mns breaking Chaturanga down. Teaching you some basic anatomy about your shoulder girdle, doing some very helpful wall techniques and using the great assistance of straps and each other.
