Cameil Kaundart is a certified 500-hour Hatha Yoga teacher and has practiced yoga since she was a child.
Her tuition includes a 300-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Diploma at Le Centre de Yoga du Marais Paris with Michelle Jacobi 2014 and a 200-hour Integral Yoga Teacher Training in Asana and Pranayama (Intermediate level) at Satchidananda Ashram-Yogaville with Swami Asokananda 2016.
Aside from Hatha, Cameil currently studies and practices Mysore Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar, Yin Yoga, Sivananda Yoga and Ayurveda.
Nourishing the body through yoga and great food has been her passion for many years.
Cameil is also a private chef, recipe designer, and food consultant for restaurants and private clients.
Before becoming a yoga teacher, Cameil spent more than 12 years working as a chef.
She has a degree in Applied Science and is trained in classical French patisserie. Thanks to her travels through various cultures, over the last 8 years Cameil has specialized in gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian cooking and has designed recipes for cafés in Paris, Monaco and other parts of France. Restaurants include Café Pinson, Bob’s Food, Aloha Café, La Pensée Sauvage, Leo and the Yacht Club de Monaco.
In 2018, Cameil opened Chez Cameil to create a loving community of friends, family, clients, yogis, and collaborators.
