Weekly Class Theme: Digestion aid


This week we will do a lovely sequence to help aid your digestion supporting your general health, relieve you of some of that extra bloating that may be the consequences of over indulging, help reduce stress (which for many is a cause of digestive upset), release tension in the abdomen, increase blood circulation and give a good cleanse to the kidneys.

Clean, happy healthy body, make for a clean happy health mind 🙂
