Weekly Class Theme: Neck and Shoulders


If you are someone thats spends a lot of your day looking at a computer, hunched over a table, feeling extra tension in your neck or feel like you have the weight of the world on your shoulders, this will be a great class for you!
We will go through a series of asanas/postures to help open up the chest, shoulders and stretch those TRAPEZIUS muscles to release stress and tension trapped in the cervical spine.
