Detoxing is one of the oldest therapies used to eliminate toxins and clarify the body and mind.
This week we will be practising a sequence with lots of twisting asanas (postures) to help our body push out those unneeded toxins we’ve been carrying around, making our transition into Winter a little more fluid.
