November 13th under the light of the full moon, from 17h-19h30, we will be learning how to create a night-time routine.
With the change of the seasons, so does the change of our sleep patterns, making the colder Autumn season a great time to learn a new night-time routine. Autumn Equinox marks the beginning of the dark. You may be feeling a need to re-align your bodies with the natural rhythms of the earth and the suns’ cycles so we can enjoy rest, contemplation and renewal during this dormant phase of the year. What better way to ease into this new cycle than with a workshop to learn great night-time remedies, moon salutation, meditation techniques, and a gentle calming yoga routine.
It will be a candle lit evening practice, with a delicious nigh-time beverage to put us in a calm state of mind, with a yin-yoga routine to help release any unneeded tension and emotions to help prepare us for meditation and a beautiful nights rest 🙂
