Purvottanasana, also know as reverse plank, is an invigorating chest opener. Stretching the shoulders, wrists and ankles, whilst strengthening the arms, legs, back and the entire core. Wow, right? So much impact from this asana.
This week we will work on a core strengthening sequence, so that we can float right up into this posture with grace, ease, and of course strength.
