Stress affects all of us and our health. The best way to deal with stress is to have the right tools on how to manage it when it arrives, or as Patanjali says we should learn to avoid it 😉
If you are not yet at that state of avoidance, which I know I am not, then its good to have a plan for when you are feeling sudden extra stress in your life. Whether its breathing practices, meditation, yoga, reading, listening to music or a hug, to help you re-find your inner peace, use it. I use them all 🙂
